Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 19, as compared to 21 last month.  Fifteen are pre-owned and 4 are new construction at Addison Grove. Currently for sale, there are:

  • 7 single family homes (ranging in price from $367,000 - $3,750,000)
  • No half-duplexes
  • 4 condos ($299,000 – $475,000)Addison Home on Park Place
  • 8 townhomes ($398,000 - $1,350,000)

Thirteen of the available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.

The range in November for the previously owned homes was 1 day to 86 days.
