Not a Wordless Wednesday Post: what do you do with your Thanksgiving decorations? Some people put them on their front steps and let nature take its course and toss them in the trash. Not me, well if you know me here it comes....
I decide to repurpose them. How about making bake stuffed Honey Butternut Squash with left over Turkey, Garbanzo Beans, Kale and a little Tomato Sauce with Parmesan chees on top.
In case you are wondering the other Squash was Delicata Squash. Same stuffing and let me know which one you liked best?
