John Pusa - I like this report. Thank you! I had one client in 2021 who had new construction and they moved in, in the month of June. It went by fast, without delays.

I have one under construction now that is expected to be completed in April. It has the foundation, framing, roof, sliding glass doors, retainer wall, electricity, and plumbing completed. We met a few days ago to go over drywall and cabinets. My clients are so excited! So far, it doesn't appear that there will be delay on this one either.

May your sales soar successfully and may you be blessed.

That's similar to spending across-the-board in a lot of areas but you're doing a great job

John Pusa , interesting numbers. Locally, I am reading about all the new construction in the Phoenix metro area - industrial, residential, new 280-mile freeway from Nogales to Wickenburg, AZ.  I cannot catch up with the number of cranes in the air in downtown Tempe, Phoenix and the whole metro area.
