Sky, Sun, Earth - Decisions When Buying A Home

Real Estate Agent with DFW FINE PROPERTIES 0506509

December sunsets over Flower Mound, Texas are simply amazing. This one was taken on December 10, 2021. The silhouetted trees are cloaked in the fiery sun and blue fading sky as it shifts into the darkness of night. As sun sinks deeper over the horizon it meets heaven and earth. The direction from where you see sunsets or feel the light of day because of the sunrise is something to think about when choosing a home. Having trees and good top soil is healthy for the environment.

Whether it is the immensity or intensity of the sky up above the color of predictable sky during different seasons of the year decisions are a personal choice. Sunsets don't last long.

According to the Zodiac Wheel, Sagittarius, Aries, and Leo are all within the elements of Fire. My granddaughter, daughter, and I are in the element of Fire. Each one of us were born under one of these Zodiac Wheels with red hair and have similar personalities. When it comes to the arts, sky, sun, and earth, we are all passionate. Some may say we see the world from a different perspective. That is why choosing the right REALTOR® is important.

How do you buy a house when working with the right REALTOR®?

  • Focus:  Remember what's your purpose.
  • Be open:  REALTORS® know more about the areas they serve. Listen carefully.
  • Reflect: Gain knowledge from people in the industry who are current.
  • Observe: Be aware of your surroundings. Choose wisely.

There is always more to learn. During the period of short sales and foreclosures, I prepared to do more. While still working with clients who were upside down and needed to sell, I continued to be as passionate about my business as I was passionate about increasing my capacity to learn. Simultaneously, I took a course and graduated as a Paralegal. Before graduation, the Attorney told his students words I never forgot.

Well-meaning friends are well.... friends. The Internet is a place to go if you are curious but it's not human.... people need credible people to do business with. Always be ethical and never rely on people or resources that appear to be real... ask yourself, can this information be for real? And can this person be trusted?

Buying and Selling Homes are a serious business. Always remember, I am passionate about my career and want what's best for the people I serve in real estate.

Patricia even though those sunsets are of very stormy looking weather, they make beautiful pictures.

George Souto - We didn't get rain or stormy weather. Unfortunately, other states did.

I enjoyed your gorgeous photos and advice too. Spot on. We are very lucky to have sunrise and sunset viewing at our home. It's really a gift - and one has to hurry to get it at optimal color. Hope you're having a great weekend. D

I think fall and winter sunsets are much more colorful than those summer one.  I enjoyed your take and tie in to real estate.  A

Those are astonishing scenes, Patricia.  We had a gorgeous sunset here in Sacramento this evening.

My heart goes out to folks in Kentucky, Illinois and other state hit hard by tornadoes earlier today.  I pray they have calmer skies!

Hello Patricia - whenever (and however) they occur sunsets are amazing.   The decision-making process happens in "its own way" as well.  Like sunsets, maybe that process is best described as unique.

Good morning, Patricia. I'm an Aries... no wonder I like you! Personally, I've never paid much attention to things outside my home when choosing where to live... I'm all about what the home feels like inside. Whatever is outside is a bonus for me. Great tips on how to select and work with a realtor. I've often said that many people spend more time selecting a handbag than they do their realtor.
