I remember my First Home Buyers. They were a nice couple, he was an investor and a Doctor, she was a nice and beautiful young girl, and she was pregnant. There was an urgency to buy a house before the arrival of the new family member.
I showed them about 30 houses in different areas that they wanted to see. I was losing my patience and faith because there was nothing else available according to their needs at that time.
I remember, It was Sunday and I went for a ride looking for that special house for my buyers, and after a few hours I saw a house under construction with a big sign saying COMING SOON.
It was like somebody moved the clouds from the sky for me so that I can see heaven. To make a long story short, I called my buyers to come and see the house. When they saw the house, it was like love at first sight.
The realtor was there, the seller was there, everything was perfect and we close in 45 days. $1,555.000 ( This was a very good commission in 2007

).Many people were saying that I had “Good luck” I will say hard work and never giving up is the secret to success. I will never leave it to just “Good luck”.
