This is the smallest of the three 2-story single family homes being built by KB Home in the Ponte Vista development of Westport. This video covers the amenities of this model (4-5 BR, 3 Bath, Loft and optional 5th bedroom loft conversion).
Enjoy the kitchen, butler's pantry, outdoor yard space, views of the gated community entry from the upstairs bedrooms, loft, master bathroom with oversized tub.
