This week's mastermind was focused on the power of choice. The more you choose what makes your heart sing, the more power you have to be you. You are always aided by the simple fact that it is always now, regardless of where you are.
As I write this post in my evening now, somewhere in the world people are already awake in what would be my tomorrow, some are presently sleeping, and some are still awake nearing midnight in my today.

We had a great conversation on Saturday, with our friend Amy. She wondered when in our lifetime did all this negativity that we see day in and day out began. We came to the conclusion that the best thing we can do is take the opportunity to be kind whenever possible.
