Many Home Sellers though plan to wait until after New Years to list. Those that list now could get a very quick sale as a reward for listing while others wait. Love the photo! So representative of your part of the country. You are right I feel buyers will be out in droves again (they already are) trying to beat the interest hikes when making a home purchase.
