All of the ground floor units have a wonderful patio for outdoor living space. These are definitely nice to have especially since the weather has been so great the last few days! There is also a HUGE grill available for everyone to use in the community area. Most of the 1st floor 1 bedroom units have been sold. There are still 2 available for those who want those coveted patios. Studios and 2 bd. units are also still available. My personal favorite is unit 201. This unit has no patio but it does have a great peek a boo view of the Olympics and it's location in the building allows for great natural lighting.
