With the arrival of Christmas we saw a huge drop in new listing as many sellers want to wait until after the holidays to list. Many buyers who did look and make an offer, found little competition. The FED put fear into buyers as they announced they will raise interest rates 3 times in early 2022. The time to Buy or Sell is now before rates start to rise sharply.
