As we start the New Year, the biggest question being asked is "What can we expect from the Real Estate Market for 2002?" Based on past experiences we will see the interest rate start to climb. That means buyers will get less house for more money. With a shortage of homes For Sale, we should not see a flip flop to a Buyers Market as there is still more buyers than homes for sale. Prices should stay level to even increase slightly. The time to Buy or Sell is now before rates start to rise sharply.
