Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 14, as compared to 19 last month.  Eleven are pre-owned and 3 are new construction at Addison Grove. Currently for sale, there are:

  • 5 single family homes (ranging in price from $367,000 - $3,750,000)Addison Water Tower
  • No half-duplexes
  • 3 condos ($135,000 – $425,000)
  • 6 townhomes ($424,900 - $1,350,000)

Nine of the available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.  

The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 82 days, as compared to 73 last month. The median number of days on the market is 73 days, compared to last month’s 56 days.  There are a few $1M+ homes for sale, skewing the numbers.

The range in December for the previously owned homes was 1 day to 129 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $212.03, up from last month’s $206.01 average.

Our DOM reflects some VERY high priced homes - one is over $3M.  Most of the others still for sale are either newly listed or priced too high. The reasonably priced homes sell fast.
