I wish new Realtors read more posts like yours to learn that getting a RE license is the easiest thing on the way to becoming a full time realtor.

A very good article.  I remember back to when I first started, the question I dreaded the most was, how long have you been an agent?  No one asked me that question for years.  I am not sure why, but it turned out that I had made a mountain out of a mole hill.
