Alan May - Thanks! Betty White was a hoot and so genuine too! Coming from Chicago, you probably already know this too, she lived in Oak Park. My dad would take us for rides in his car every Sunday (when weather was good) and we always ended up in Oak Park. He tried to motivate us to study hard so that someday we could be rich and live in one of those Oak Park big homes. Betty White was iconic and will be missed.

Betty, Ron and I had the same hairdresser. And she and I had the same manicurist. I had many laughs with her, and we used to encounter her at the market we all shopped at. She was a hell of a great lady, as was her mother who I also met! A
