I make a point of telling my buyer clients, “I’m so much fun to work with until you break one of my Four Rules for Real Estate Success. Then, it’s not a pretty picture!”

Julie, Stick to your guns, stick to those rules. We all should have rules. I have new rules. No entering my vehicle unless you are ready, willing and able to buy. I pick the showings. Don't tell me about your Aunt Tillie, the Realtor in 3 states away who wants a referral. Don't tell me about the short sale/auction/foreclosure/bank owned property you saw online last night. And lots more........ it's getting tough out there. Good Luck! you look better smiling.
