If there is one thing I have learned in life and Waukesha County Real Estate is that great risks bring great rewards. Have I learned that the hard way; many times. This time around I am more aware of my commitment and know that I can't risk it like I used to. Nonetheless; I never have a doubt of my capabilities. I don't flinch easy. It's all in knowing that I have proved it many times and I have seen many talk, and I mean talk. Well, talk is cheap. For thirty six years now I have faced the music and smile.
I recently met with a client looking for real estate agents in Waukesha County Wisconsin that
needed their home sold like yesterday. After we concluded our conversation she thanked me for doing my best, thinking outside of the box, and taking chances in every direction to get their home sold. As I walked away from that conversation I felt good about the idea that with all the self defeating prophecies and excuses out there today, and I admit I have bought into from time to time, as to why a home may not sell it felt good to know our transactions are getting to a closing. It takes a lot more than a sign these days in a front yard to get a home sold; it takes a lot of hard work and effort, as well as working smart. I am one grateful man!
It might take a lot more effort, getting creative where others may not but we know it's all worthwhile when a client looks at me when I see them at closing and they say thank you.
