YouTube Thursdays - Video Marketing Focus for 2022 - Just Do You
Lately, we’ve been reading articles related to video marketing in 2022. It’s no surprise to discover little has changed. Community and neighborhood videos are still at the top of the list in terms of establishing yourself as the local expert. A social media marketing presence is also a must as we continue to navigate this unprecedented era of physical distancing.
You may have noticed, Bernie and I stepped back in 2021 to reflect, renew, and reestablish our professional direction. The bottom line, we both still enjoy marketing and specializing in rural properties. Therefore, our video focus this year is to further brand ourselves as the best local resource in this particular niche.
Fortunately, the topics are endless. For example, this past week brought us record low temperatures, high winds, and snow. While this level of winter storm can be a hassle for all home owners, it can be particularly challenging for those of us who live in rural communities.
Here are a few video ideas that come to mind:
Wood stoves and alternative heat sources.
How to keep pipes from freezing.
Shovels, Snow blowers or Snow plows?
Lose Power? Reminders to protect your wells.
Storm Preparedness.
Wildlife Aid.
Protecting Farm Animals.
It’s so much easier to create valuable and authentic content when you are immersed in the lifestyle. It's one of the big reasons niche marketing makes such good sense. Imagine the two of us us trying to sell golf course homes? Hint: neither of us golf nor are we interested in golfing. While we aren’t particularly fond of trendy phrases, “Just Do You,” certainly resonates.
