Southampton in Ballantyne saw 6 homes sell at an average sale price of $425,270 during the Fourth Quarter 2021, one more than the number of sales in the Fourth Quarter 2020. Median sale price of homes sold in Southampton in the Fourth Quarter 2021 was $436,350. Median and average sale prices rose 25.33% and 31.76%, respectively, compared with the same time period one year ago, setting new price records for the neighborhood. Sale prices ranged from $326,000 to $505,000.
Average days on market were 9 days, 18 fewer days than one year ago. Median days on market were 4. Sellers received 102.9% of listing price, on average, in the Fourth Quarter 2021. Clearly, no negotiating room for Southampton home buyers.
New listings were just 3 in the Fourth Quarter 2021, one less than in the same quarter one year ago.
