The first full week of the New Year is here. After the holidays we saw a huge increase in Buyers asking about buying before the interest rates go up We also saw a huge increase in Home Owners asking if they should sell this winter or wait until spring. The answer for Home Owners is simple, if they are ready to sell, NOW is the time. The market is changing. The Fed promises increased interest rates and that means buyers get less home for the money. 

The one FACT is... to do well in this market you need an advantage. Who you hire to list and sell your home DOES matter. Experience and Great service matter and that is what you will find with me. Prices are still strong but most important factor in value is condition. A GREAT listing agent assists you in how to get your home ready to sell so you can get the best obtainable price.
