How did Wilshire Corridor condo sales fare in 2021? Let's take a look.

 As you know, each building on the Corridor is unique, but overall there were 58 units sold over 2021, almost half of which went under contract within 30 days of listing. The average sales prices was $1,512,520, with an average price per sq. ft. of $769.

Compared with 2020 the number of units sold dropped by almost a half  but the average sales price rose by 12%. Also, the time on the market decreased due to low inventory levels. Below are statistics for each building.

The Wilshire Corridor continues to be one of the more desirable addresses in Los Angeles. Who can resist the amenities and those views!
