Hello Old Friend: Haven't Seen You in a While

Ed, that is a bummer!   You could come out, we have 60 degrees today, and have seen golfers out today.

HI Ed.... that was my first thought... what's with all the footprints... now I know! Stay safe, stay warm. We don't have any real snow... but lots of ice on the roads.

Lots of golf being played here, the temps are in the 60's and reaching 70 today.  What a relief for us!  A

Ed since they are allowing cross country skiing, if there are hills maybe they will let you take the grandson sledding.

Poor lonely golf cars, Ed.  They should head south to Florida for the winter!!!

Yes Ed, for golfers the green would be much more inviting, but at least those who enjoy the snow are getting their outdoor exercise...

Hello Ed - fond memories for a missed friend.  But definitely not forgotten.  

That's one of the things that I love about where I live, golf courses are filled all year round.

Ed Silva - there's something really special about footprints in the snow. They tell tales of trails by people who walked there before you. I hope it's a short winter and that you get out to play golf soon. 

I can identify with missing the golf course Ed Silva but for me it has been pretty much eleven years. I think 2022 is the year for me to return. I have a title to defend from my last school reunion so I need to get back in form.

Many golfers are hoping for better weather conditions. 

We also have a snowy day in Maryland.

Hi Ed Silva - Even though I was born in Nebraska, my parents moved to a sunbelt state. What does this have to do with your post?  Well, my dad was a fanatic golfer.  I am just starting to realize that this might be why we moved to a sunbelt state!  Every vacation was a golfing destination. I even caddied for my dad. 

Hi Ed - Kathy has got the idea.  I see plenty of golf carts drive along the side streets in Florida.

You and your beautiful wife can visit here during the winter, Ed. We golf year round and there is another course going in...!

I hope the frost delay isn't too long.  LOL

Hello Ed.  We have a course that sits just at the bottom of a slight ridge as you come into Bonners Ferry.  Immaculate in golfing months but does hold a unique beauty during the winter.  Your post brings forth just how much you miss being on the fairways.  m
