👨‍💼Do Housing Prices Still Have Room to Run?

I think we do have room to run.  Just last month, the median price of homes in Elk Grove went up @$38k from November.  I was surprised and it looks like a sign of things to come.  Hope you are doing well!

Hi Brian England - I do agree that now is the time to buy because the housing shortage will continue and interest rates will go up.  But, with home prices going up over 20% in a lot of markets, I am not sure I would say that it is undervalued.

Brian 25 years ago you could buy a home in the flats of Beverly Hills for close to 1 million dollars.... in Westchester CA you could buy a home for about $50,000. Today you can buy a home in Beverly Hills Flats for about $12-$25 million and in Westchester for about $1.2 million to $6 million.... now we also have some homes in the $100million plus range now in Bel Air and Beverly Hills Post Office.
