The Montgomery County, Maryland Commission for Women will host its 42nd Annual Women’s Legislative Briefing virtually on Sunday, January 30, 2022, from 12:30 to 5 p.m. This year’s theme is “Voting Women Change Everything.”

It's important to remember than women didn't obtain the right to vote until 1920.  That was 10 years after my mother was born.
