January 19th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 14

Mortgage backed securities closed 25 up basis points today at 96.94 having closed 354 points below the 200 day moving average. The conforming rate is at 3.25% today. My jumbo pricing is now sizzling! The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 3.125%. Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S., history tells us it is time to refinance!!
