How much action is there to support all the "talking" that you or your company does? There is an old saying in business and life
"Actions Speak Louder Than Words"
Companies, businesses and individuals-in-business spend billions of dollars a year on advertising and marketing with the singular objective of trying to convince the public to use their services and /or buy their products. In the real estate world, the primary objective is to sell houses by matching the needs of the client with a potential buyer or seller. Pretty simple, right? Not always, but when it is executed properly, it is a beautiful thing and extremely rewarding. Without right action, these are just words.
So I will ask the question a different way using another old idiom: Do you talk the talk and walk the walk?
A recent discussion with a friend and colleague segued into a conversation of "quality service and what does it take to be the best". The answers to this were broad and varying. Many of you will read this and think or state a plethora of things. The bottom line is having the right mindset, the right priority of service first and the will to make each experience for you customers extraordinary.
In the title business, it all about speed and accuracy, knowledge, crystal clear communication and delivery in the most friendly way possible. Every single customer is the most important and going "the extra mile" is my personal way of making the experience extraordinary for every single one of my customers, whether they do 1 settlement or 100 settlements.
I am throwing this out there to hear what you have to say.
