In a recent transaction, where the sellers relocated prior to closing, the escrow company needed the propane tanks' percentage reading. While out at the property I decided to make a quick video on how propane tank leases and propane tank levels typically work in a Washington real estate transaction.

Thank you Roy. Our inner town and city neighborhoods are natural gas as well though a big part of the County is still rural.
