On January 18, 2022, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the condo & town-homes values declined 1.2% to the price of $612,750 in December of 2021 from price of $620,000 in November of 2021, but jumped 17.8% from price of $520,000 in December of 2020 in California. While, condo & town-homes sales dropped 7.8% in December of 2021 from November of 2021, and fell 16.6% from in in December of 2010 in California.
There were 1.1 months supplies of available inventory of condo & town-homes in December of 2021, unchanged from 1.1 months in November of 2021, and decreased from 1.6 months in December of 2020 in California.
An average it took 12.0 days to sell a condo & town-home in December 2021, up from 11.0 days in November of 2021, and lower from 17.0 days in December of 2020 in California.
