The median value of homes the six months prior to December were pretty stable fluctuating right around $600,000 in Elk Grove.  December prices jumped to about $624,000.  I am wondering if it is a one time blip or a sign of things to come.  Thank you for your market update!  It looks like your market is doing well too.
