"A funny thing happens in real estate. When it comes back,

it comes back like gangbusters."

If you want to be try your luck at being a 'gangbuster,' (meaning SUCCESSFUL) now is the time to come to Texas! Inventory may be low, but there's plenty of cities and counties to choose from in areas of Dallas-Fort ---Patricia Feager

Endre Barath, Jr. - There is no template. I designed it from my head and onto white paper first to fact check and make sure of grammar and making certain I included all the cities I serve for each county along with something interesting that might be helpful to prospective buyers and people moving to my area. This post took a lot of time. Your comment is a true compliment!!!

Thank you!

Good morning Patricia!

So in all the markets you covered, sales decreased, days to sell decreased and average prices and price/square foot increased. The seller's market continues!

Enjoy your Sunday!
