So what does one do when something works?
You, of course, REPEAT!
Since I have a scheduled showing on
at two today, I am doing an Open from 2:30-3:30.
Yesterday I did the same only from 12-1. Since I already had a scheduled appointment, I turned it into a one-hour open house. The temperatures were in the teens yesterday morning, and I figured no would show. Wrong again!
I unlocked the house, turned all the lights on, returned to the front door, and began greeting visitors.
And those visitors continued until after two o'clock. One hour is a little longer than it used to be.
A pleasant surprise Ed Cremmins a Mortgage Loan Officer, showed up, and I put him right to work. We had to keep the folks separated, and this home was large enough to do this safely.
Everyone was in masks as we directed one group to the bedroom area, another to the kitchen/laundry area, another to the enormous living space, and then outside, through the sliders, to tour the lot and inground pool.
It was simple, I introduced myself as the listing agent, asked if they were working with an agent, gave my card to those not represented, and everyone got to tour the house.
I am going for a repeat.
Today it is sunny and a bit warmer in the low thirties. Will we have the same results? I will let you know after my noon live radio show.
Everything works sometimes, and nothing works all the time.
