This property has no covenants or Home Owners Association and has county zoning. This means you have the ability to build whatever you want! We loved the view, on a clear day we could see to San Francisco.  It was a beautiful property and it had to be kept wild because of water issues.  We had large vegetable raised beds, and I went ape. I could have started my own farm.    We were surrounded by vineyards and it was fun to see the harvest up close.  We loved the golden eagles and white owls.  We loved the mile long entry way from the mailbox to the entry gate.  After 6 years, we were ready to return to the ocean.   I think that called us like a siren!  A
