A few words about real estate and agents.

Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors

Tyler, Texas is not like the rest of the nation.  Our market is strong. Yes, things have slowed down, but that does not mean we have to head for the hills.

If you have any questions about real estate, let me find help you find the answers.  There are no "stupid" questions, and you should never be embarrassed by asking questions. How else are you supposed to find the answers?

A good agent should treat you with respect, courtesy, and honestly guide you in the right direction.  If you want to make a counter offer, you  should be able to. If you want to list your home for $30,000 more than the market analysis of your home, then your agent should tell you that and list it at a more apporpriate price.

Communication is essential to any transaction. I do not want you to ever feel like I don't care about you. You should never feel like just another number.

Feel free to give me a call,  or email me anytime.

Thanks for giving me a few minutes of your time.
