Endre Barath, Jr. good morning, Endre... I suppose if I go far out enough in the Charlotte region where I don't sell homes, I'd find a lukewarm neighborhood. But from what I hear from agents all around the state, the inventory is sorely lacking everywhere.

Endre Barath, Jr. hi Endre... since I handle a territory that goes about 50 miles out of Charlotte, here right now you'd need to go further out than 50 miles to get any kind of a "deal."
