Indian Trail in Union County remains one of Greater Charlotte region's more affordable areas for homes, with any number of communities still selling in the $300,000's. 823 homes sold in the Indian Trail/28079 zip code area in 2021 at an average price of $387,770. This compares with 822 homes sold in 2020 at an average price of $312,761. Indian Trail home sellers received 103.2% of list price in final sale price in 2021 compared with 99.5% in 2020. Homes not only sold for more, they sold more quickly -- in 13 days, on average in 2021, compared with 30 days in 2020.
Five of these 10 neighborhoods have been top selling neighborhoods in Indian Trail for six consecutive years: Fieldstone Farm, Brandon Oaks, The Enclaves at Crismark, Lake Park, and Crismark.
