“NO Credit Scores”

I read one of your blogs, not sure how long ago you published it. My situation is a bit unique. I have no credit scores and have a deposit on a home in the Albany area. Two banks and two credit unions said they can’t help me, but your blog indicate that you can?
My income is nearly $100,000, I have no debt (which is the problem) and I want to put 5% down. The purchase price of the home is $295,000, can you help me?
This situation is hardly unique. Some have for one or more reasons made a decision to NOT borrow money, not have credit cards and pay cash for most every or just not buy it. However, most folks that operate their financial lives like this, may not have enough money to pay cash for a home.
Yes, I can do mortgages for folks that don’t have any credit scores. “I can help”
