The Natives Are Restless?  The Animals are changing their habits?

My cat is sleeping all day and wanting outside all night since the weather broke and the nights are getting longer and warmer.  When I say warmer, the temperature doesn't stay below freezing as long.

People are out walking the trails once more and getting well needed sunshine.  With the shortage of homes on the market, badly needed new construction is beginning to break ground in the Springfield and surrounding areas.  77 new homes are under way on the north side of Ozark and will be completed by mid summer.

All my rambling is leading up to a new listing I put on the market yesterday.  5 Bedrooms, 3 baths, finished walkout basement, 2 living areas, 3 car garage with Ozark schools.  Completion date will be by the end of April, 2022.

Stay tuned for additional photos as the inside and outside are completed.

Kay Van Kampen any day the temperature reach 30 degrees or higher during a North Dakota winter you see a burst of activity on our streets. I guess it's all relative.

We are experiencing temps in the mid 70s here in Sacramento.  One of my cats prefers to be outside, while the other indoors.
