I must admit that I have never used a parkbench program. As long as you realize that it is a passive prospecting and the investment doesn't break your budget if it fails, give it a try.

If you are asking about advertising on Park Benches? I have done that 25 years ago, the benefit is you need to send post cards to the same pocket where you have your benches... it send the message you are rock solid and you are every where... When I got a listing I would put out 15 or more signs to lead to me open house and people felt I was every where.... keep in mind if you do bench marketing and expect to get listings it will not be enough ....Endre

I just had someone view my profile on LinkedIn from parkbench.com yesterday. Seems like it's some sort of hyperlocal business support (doesn't seem like it's physical park benches).  I hadn't heard of them previously.

Good morning Susan. Have never given a bench program any thought since I once heard the opinion of training guru Mike Ferry. Enjoy your day.

Hello Susan - what are they saying?  Promising?  Typically questions prompt additional questions.   Good luck.
