Not too long ago, those of us who’ve collaborated on the development of Long Island City’s newest residential building, NOVA, located at 41-05 29th street, came together for a mid-way celebration. Construction is still in process, but it was a treat to attend the Topping Out Ceremony to see how far the development of NOVA has come!
This has been a really interesting feng shui project to work on due to the configuration of the land plot and I can’t wait to see NOVA fully completed! To top off the energy and blessing of NOVA a lion dance ceremony is on the horizon for when the grand opening date nears.
The principles of Feng Shui have been integrated throughout the entire developmental process of NOVA (ground-breaking ceremony, architectural review, interior design review, and in due time the grand opening ceremony). If I heard Joseph correctly while at the Topping Out Party, the NOVA is said to be done in about 8 months or so.
