Pictured above are the winter vegetables. We loved all the colors and the jewel tones of the cabbage!
Fennel is a seasonal favorite for us. We often slice it. We flavor the slice with olive oil and salt, and grill it on the barbecue.
And last but no least, we like shallots, and the organic ones are exceptional. They add a subtle flavor to a sauce and usually melt right in.
