What's not to love about Evergrene? It's located between Donald Ross Road on the north, Military Trail to the west, Hood Road to the south and Alternate A1A to the east. Single family homes range from compact bungalows at 1,200 square feet to luxury estate homes as large as 4,000 square feet under air.
The Evergrene Clubhouse is situated on the north side of Lake Evergrene, a natural 37 acre lake in the center of the community. It's Olympic size pool overlooks a lengthy pier to the south, and the Tiki Bar gives guests an opportunity to order food and beverages from the full service bar. Children flock to the splash pool, water park and playground to the west. Beach side, hot tubs overlook the volleyball courts, and you'll find bocce ball, pickle ball and basketball courts on the grounds as well. Evergrene is a mix of condos and single family homes totaling 963 units. The largest of the homes are located in Mill Creek and Vintners Ridge. Gradens Preserve, are the second largest of the homes in Evergrene. The condos are ironically "The Mansions" and the architecture gives the impression of one large home per 3 units. The Mansions are situated around the southern portion of Lake Evergrene and most overlook the water.
