Coming Soon Homes for Sale Near Me
The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) shows listings of homes for sale. The listings that are "active" get sent out to sites like Realtor.com, Trulia, and Z-word. So those sites have a delay in accurate, new home listings. The MLS now has a "Coming Soon" status that does not get sent out to the rest of the internet until the agent changes that status to "Active." But if you get a search set up in the MLS to send you "Coming Soon" listings as soon as they are posted, you'll see new listings sooner than most. The status won't allow the home to be opened up and shown to you, but it does allow you to make an offer.
