Well, it is weekend again, for those of you who are reading my blog for first time, my name is Jorge Muralles. I live in Newport RI; beautiful town by the water.
We are having the same challenges here as any other markets. I am a very lucky agent and we have a very diverse office, one of the great things about my office is that we handle the timeshare resorts in Newport, we have done this for over 20 years and it is always a constant source of buyers. Many people inquire at my office about the timeshares and end up buying a condo or second home.
I have been trying to increase my market share by looking into different areas including REO and BPO's.
I wanted to thank Karen Hurst from Wes Warwick RI who shared a list of BPO's companies with me. I have registered with a bunch of them and I am waiting for results. I have also gotten together with a law firm who is going to handle our short sales. This is going to save us a lot of time
