Military Move to Washington DC

Real Estate Broker/Owner with The Buyer Brokerage

Your Permanent Change of Station Orders

Members of the military can follow the PCS checklist when moving to Washington DC or one of the bases nearby, Ft. Meade or Ft. Belvoir. This list can help you keep track of your move ensuring you make the right steps at the right time.

We've helped dozens of members of the military and their families move for work at the Pentagon, Department of Defense, Foreign Service Institute, Ft. Belvoir, Ft. Meade, Bolling Air Force Base, and other locations in and around the Greater Washington DC area.

Arlington Virginia is a popular location for a military relocation. Depending on your transfer, a move to Silver Spring, Odenton or Columbia Maryland may be a better location.

Our goal is to facilitate your transition, making it as smooth and stress-free as possible. We understand the time constraints and work around your schedule.

This weekend, we're working with a Marine who will soon begin work at the Pentagon. As we search for the right property, we also evaluate the daily commute and special considerations of our client. Marine Memorial in Arlington Virginia

So this weekend, we're in Virginia, looking for a detached home with a garage that is close to hiking and biking trails. Off we go!

As a military relocation specialist and longtime resident of Washington DC, I'm available to answer your questions and assist you in the home buying process.
