The general rule to follow is that GOOD NEWS for the economy is BAD NEWS for mortgage rates (pricing)...and you guessed it, BAD NEWS for the economy is GOOD NEWS for mortgage rates (pricing).

Oh, it's definitely not worth it. The whole political situation is pretty bad, and no one even knows when everything will be over. Well, maybe only Putin knows, but I think he'll stop the war once he's gotten enough of playing with his power. It's actually awful because he's ruining his own country that way, and I can tell you that Russia used to be great. If not the political situation, I'd contact and buy a ticket to see St Petersburg once again, but now I'm not even sure if it'll be possible at all.
