Just Purchased Home in Downtown Danbury CT

Located at 4 Foster Street in Danbury  this 2 bedroom 1 bath was a good fit for his clients first home. They didn't want a condo and the home fit nicely in their budget.  Offering 1080 square feet, the offers many of the orginal features with modern updates including newer kitchen with stainless steel applicances, updated full bath with quality fixtures and the home has been freshly painted. There was also a newer furnace and hot water heater. The home has a low maintenance lot and is serviced by city water & city sewer. The home is located in the heart of city center with nearby amenties including Tarrywille Park, public library, the Palace theater and War Memorial Recreational Center.

Despite lack of inventory, the buyers got their offer selected after only viewing 3 properties with Jonathan. Jonathan could tell tht they did really like the house, but thought they might want to see a couple others when available but they felt the house was probably the best they were going to find in the current market. They bid stronger and got their offer selected over others in part due to Jonathan having worked with the sellers agent in the past. 


The buyers were very happy with the results, despite seeing the house & having the building inspection on probably the coldest days of the year.  Jonathan never worked with the lender, attorney or home inspector before but it all worked well and the clients were able to close about 2 weeks earlier than planned with worked well for both parties.
