Tracking Website Hits

By

Does anyone track website hits? I was wondering how to do this. I want to see if my website is generating hits or where it was on page rank. I did buy traffic blazer from godaddy and inserted meta tags on my site, but haven't had any leads form my site. I need to add forms and I do have a search page from the local MLS, but I want to see some stats. Any suggestions?

I am using Traffic facts from godaddy.com but you can get google Analytics for free. Good luck

Google Analyticals works pretty well, go to google.com and sign up.  You have to insert a hyper link.  Also, look into feedblitz.com

Ok, there are some issues with GoDaddy hosting, and from what I understand, analytics is one of the issues.

Sign up for Google Analytics and Clicky.  Both are free.  Both will tell you where traffic is coming from, how much traffic, and what they do when they get there.

If you are using FireFox, then get the PageRank (searchstatus) plug-in.  If you are using Internet Explorer, get FireFox and then get the plug-in.

That should keep you going for a while.
