WeKnowUrban.com was launched Spring 2005 to cater to high rise and loft condo fans in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and neighboring cities. Today, almost 8,000 urban enthusiasts visit the site every single month and view over 65,000 pages, making WeKnowUrban the number one web site of its kind in Arizona.
We have just launched a beta version of a free advertising tool allowing any loft or high rise condo owner (or their agent) to list their property on our web site for free. That's right, we are allowing anyone who wants to sell or rent out their urban condo to advertise it on Phoenix' number one high rise and loft condo site at no charge. The ads are super easy to place, you're allowed 100 words of text, up to seven photos, and even video or audio clips and did we mention all this was free?
There is a catch. The free ads display the WeKnowUrban contact information. In other words, we field any calls or e-mails from interested parties looking for additional information. However, that's just the free ad version. If an owner or agent wants to advertise on the site and display their own contact information that's OK too; there's just a small fee to do so.
To advertise your high rise or loft simply visit our "Classified Ads" page and click the "My Account" tab. You'll see a link saying "Register For An Account" which is free and painless. Once you're registered click the "Place a Free Ad" tab and follow the directions. If you already have photos of the property on your computer then placing an ad should literally take about seven minutes.
I mention above that the classified section is a beta version so there are a few bugs still in the system but they are very minor. And anyway, whad'ya want for nothin'? :-)
