"Spring is busting out all over..."

Snow is gone from the lowlands. Upper areas are clearing. Still LOTS of snow in mountains. Days are in mid to high 50s. Nights above freezing.

Time to get out and work in your yard and also think about home improvements... especially if you are thinking of selling.

This was my best first quarter ever over 21 sides closed or closing yet this month. Kristen and I are adding a third person to our team and we have a good start to 80+ transactions at year end. Not just transactions but 80 satisfied clients and friends!

Recently I was writing about the market and what is going on. If you are interested here is a link.

As we move through the year, except for what ever our government may or may not do, the market should be pretty good... tailing off a little at end of year IF inventory (especially new construction gets the supplies they need )catches up a little and Interest rates stay around 5% (for the old timers, remember a few years back (ok, ok another century...lol) you often heard "gee if rates could just get down to 12% we could really do some business" We did and it did... hint: regardless of circumstances there are ALWAYS buyers and sellers.

See ya soon

J Perrin Cornell it has felt like Spring the last few days, but I am in New England and this is March.  That means most likely there will be on more snow storm before Spring truly arrives.

It is trying to color u in our area as well.  The daffodil shoots are out of the ground and with some warm weather they will color within a week, I hope

Spring is one of my favorite times. However in our area, mostly due to the mountains, we get several days of wind each week up until June. Then we start to get more reliable weather patters.

Thanks for checking in!
