Almost Speechless Sunday: Well I  almost welcomed a new member. I saw a post in Los Angeles... first time I saw the name... Hence as a good sport I was going to welcome the new blogger. Needless to say I decided to check out the new member. Well see for your self, I opted not to welcome him to the community. On the other hand I was tempted on asking him how he posted in January that many post?????

Well let me know your thoughts...1376 Posts in January  there are only 31 days in January that means he was posting about 44 posts a day. HMMMM how much time does that leave to do actual Real Estate? Anyway have a fantastic Sunday evening.

P.S.: I doubt this person will have time to interact with us or with his clients....

Robo posters are not allowed more than 10 posts per day Endre Barath, Jr.  I'm guessing this practice of his ended when the new rule kicked in. Good!

Endre before AR limited members to 20 posts per day, there was this one member that would post 15-plus pages of posts.  There are 20 posts per page, so this member was posting OVER 300 posts per day about listings that were not his.  So the member you are referring to is an amateur compared to this guy.

Hi Endre- those robo-posters have been around forever, haven't they. Kind of reminds me of cockroaches. No matter what you do...there they are.

Myrl Jeffcoat  over the years I noticed the statistics being pretty accurate... now with that said the best I ever did was three posts in one day.... I pat myself on the back when I get two out in one day.... usually that follows with a drought... Endre

Endre Barath, Jr. hi Endre... no restaurant picture taking for me. My phone always stays in my car when I'm dining out! My husband would have a heart attack if I pulled out a phone and started taking photos in a restaurant! (He doesn't even bring his phone in the first place.)

Endre,  May this guy wake up one day and realize he's missiaing out on all Active Rain has to offer, and all the real life he's missed, spending so much time in robo land.  Maybe give him a call after all to welcome and inquire what ROI he's getting from his AI approach to relationship building.
