I love Seedorf's quote, Michael! Oddly enough, I just said similar words to someone yesterday, concerned that this market is simply too challenging for them. I encouraged them to find the opportunity in it - otherwise, the obstacle has beaten you.

Learning from each and every experience, be it positive or negative, is so important. 

The ability (or willingness to try) to turn obstacles into opportunities is something to be admired.

I love this photo...no fear ..pondering and coming up with a solution is what I see.

I do like the optimism relayed in that quote.  It seems some hit an obstacle and turn around, while others hit an obstacle and excitedly try to overcome it.  

We all have our challenges. How we respond to our challenges goes a long way to defining who we are.
